Panel Discussion on "Human Rights up Front" Initiative

Cristina Gallach, Under-Secretary-General for Communications and Public Information, addresses the panel discussion on ""Human Rights Up Front"" (HRuF), an initiative launched by the UN Secretary-General to improve United Nations action to safeguard human rights around the world. The event was organized by the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) in observance of Human Rights Day (10 December).
