Central African Republic Holds Constitutional Referendum

The Central African Republic held a referendum from 13 to 14 December on a new draft constitution for the country.
Peacekeepers of the UN Multidimensional Integrated Stabilization Mission in the Central African Republic (MINUSCA) in the PK5 area of the capital Bangui during the referendum.
