Secretary-General Hosts Private Sector Forum 2015

Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon (centre) shakes hands with Angela Merkel, Chancellor of Germany, at the United Nations Private Sector Forum 2015, organized by UN Global Compact. The lunch meeting was convened in the context of the UN summit for the adoption of the post-2015 development agenda and focused on the role of the private sector in implementing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Also present are Mark Zuckerberg (left), CEO of Facebook Inc., and Bono (right), activist and lead singer of the rock band U2.
