Officials in Bangui during Video Teleconferencing of UN Headquarters High-level Meeting

Officials attend via video teleconferencing from Bangui a high-level meeting on the situation in the Central African Republic (CAR), held at UN headquarters on the margins of the General Assembly general debate. Catherine Samba-Panza (not pictured), Head of the Transitional Government of the CAR addressed the meeting from Bangui. She was accompanied in the teleconferencing by Parfait Onanga-Anyanga (not pictured), Acting Special Representative of the Secretary-General for the CAR and Head of the United Nations Multidimensional Integrated Stabilization Mission in the country (MINUSCA).
