CAR Leader Addresses UN Headquarters High-level Meeting

Catherine Samba-Panza (centre), Head of the Transitional Government of the Central African Republic (CAR), addresses via video teleconferencing a high-level meeting on the situation in her country, held at UN headquarters on the margins of the General Assembly general debate. On her left is Parfait Onanga-Anyanga, Acting Special Representative of the Secretary-General for the CAR and Head of the United Nations Multidimensional Integrated Stabilization Mission in the country (MINUSCA).
