Security Council Extends Mandate of South Sudan Mission till Mid-December

The Security Council adopted resolution 2241 (2015), extending the mandate of the UN Mission in South Sudan (UNMISS) until 15 December 20 l 5. The vote was 14 in favour of the draft resolution, with one abstention (Venezuela).
