William Pace (centre), Executive Director of the World Federalist Movement's Institute for Global Policy (WFM-IGP) addresses a press conference on procedures related to the appointment of a UN Secretary-General. Briefing journalists with him were Yvonne Terlingen (left), also representing WFM-IGP; and Natalie Samarasinghe, Executive Director, United Nations Association of the United Kingdom (UNA-UK). The briefing was organized by the Permanent Mission of Liechtenstein to the UN.
