Omar Hilale (at lectern), Permanent Representative of the Kingdom of Morocco to the UN, speaks to journalists, following the Security Council's unanimous decision – through resolution 2218 (2015) -- to extend the mandate of the UN Mission for the Referendum in Western Sahara (MINURSO) for one year, until 30 April 2016.
