Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon (left) receives the decoration "Illustrious Citizen of the City of Santiago"" from Carolina Tohá (right), Mayor of Santiago and member of the United Nations High-level Panel on Sustainable Transport. The event, also attended by representatives of migrant communities, took place at the Santiago City Hall.
