Security Council Adopts Resolution on Foreign Terrorist Fighters

Xavier Bettel, Prime Minister of Luxembourg, addresses the Council at today's summit at the level of Heads of Government, focusing on the acute and emerging threat posed by foreign terrorist fighters. The Security Council unanimously adopted resolution 2178 (2014), calling on all Member States to cooperate in efforts to address the threat posed by foreign terrorist fighters.
