Informal Session: Preparatory Process for Third International Conference on Financing for Development

Wu Hongbo, Under-Secretary-General for Economic and Social Affairs, addresses an informal session of the preparatory process for the third International Conference on Financing for Development. Mr. Wu has been designated Secretary-General of the Conference to coordinate the UN's support to intergovernmental preparations.
