A child stands on the outskirts of the Ifo 2 Refugee Camp in Dadaab, Kenya, which is supported by the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR). Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon visited the camp this afternoon as part of his travels in the region.
