Restitution of the Brazzaville Forum in Central African Republic

Catherine Samba-Panza (centre), Head of State of the Transition of the Central African Republic, makes the opening speech at the restitution ceremony of the Brazzaville Forum. The ceremony took place in the National Assembly in Bangui, capital of the Central African Republic. Babacar Gaye, Special Representative of the Secretary-General and Head of the UN Multidimensional Integrated Stabilization Mission in the Central African Republic (MINUSCA), was also in attendance.
