Secretary-General Meets US Delegation in Chicago

Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon (right) meets with the United States Delegation while in Chicago to attend the Extraordinary Session of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) Council. The session marks the seventieth anniversary of the Convention on International Civil Aviation, which established ICAO and was signed in Chicago in 1944.
