Secretary-General Attends Extraordinary Session of ICAO Council

Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon (left) arrives at the opening of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) Council's Extraordinary Session held in Chicago with the Mayor of Chicago Rahm Emanuel (centre) and Anthony Foxx (right), United States Secretary of Transportation. The session marked the seventieth anniversary of the Convention on International Civil Aviation, which established ICAO and was signed in Chicago.
