Congolese Minister Meets with Surrendered FDLR Rebels at MONUSCO Base

Members of the Armed Forces of the Democratic Republic of Congo (FARDC) await the arrival of Lambert Mende Omalanga, Minister of Communications of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, at the Kanyabayonga base of the United Nations Organization Stabilization Mission in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (MONUSCO) where he will meet with a group of rebels from the Democratic Forces for the Liberation of Rwanda (FDLR) who recently surrendered.
