Congolese Minister Meets with Surrendered FDLR Rebels at MONUSCO Base

Peacekeepers from the United Nations Organization Stabilization Mission in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (MONUSCO) await the arrival of Lambert Mende Omalanga, Minister of Communications of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, at MONUSCO's Kanyabayonga base where he will meet with a group of rebels from the Democratic Forces for the Liberation of Rwanda (FDLR) who recently surrendered.
