Congolese Minister Meets with Surrendered FDLR Rebels at MONUSCO Base

Abdallah Wafy (near left), Deputy Special Representative of the Secretary-General for Rule of Law for the United Nations Organization Stabilization Mission in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (MONUSCO), and Lambert Mende Omalanga (right of Wafy), Minister of Communications for the DRC, arrive at MONUSCO's Kanyabayonga base to meet with a group of rebels from the Democratic Forces for the Liberation of Rwanda (FDLR) who recently surrendered.
