Congolese Minister Meets with Surrendered FDLR Rebels at MONUSCO Base

After surrendering to forces from the UN and the South African Development Community (SADC), rebels from the Democratic Forces for the Liberation of Rwanda (FDLR) meet privately with Lambert Mende Omalanga, Minister of Communications of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC).
