Human Rights Council Holds Dialogue with Commission of Inquiry on Syria

Paulo Sérgio Pinheiro, Chairperson of the Independent International Commission of Inquiry on the Syrian Arab Republic, speaks at today's interactive dialogue held by the Human Rights Council during its twenty-sixth session. Mr. Pinheiro said that the conflict had reached a tipping point, threatening the entire region.
