General Assembly Debates Human Security and the Post-2015 Agenda

Sonia Picado, President of the Inter-American Institute of Human Rights and Chair of the UN Advisory Board on Human Security, speaks at the General Assembly's thematic debate on ""Responding to the opportunities and challenges of the 21st Century: Human Security and the Post-2015 Development Agenda"", held today at UN Headquarters. The debate was followed by an interactive discussion on experiences with human security at the national, regional and international levels.
