General Assembly Debates Human Security and the Post-2015 Agenda

Des Gasper, Professor at the International Institute of Social Studies (ISS), speaks at the General Assembly's thematic debate on ""Responding to the opportunities and challenges of the 21st Century: Human Security and the Post-2015 Development Agenda"", held today at UN Headquarters.
