General Assembly Debates Human Security and the Post-2015 Agenda

John W. Ashe, President of the sixthy-eighth session of the General Assembly, gives the opening statement at today's thematic debate on ""Responding to the opportunities and challenges of the 21st Century: Human Security and the Post-2015 Development Agenda"", held today at UN Headquarters.
