Security Council Holds Emergency Meeting on the Situation in Ukraine

Hussein Haniff, Permanent Representative of Malaysia to the United Nations, addresses the Security Council at today's emergency meeting on the current situation in Ukraine. A Malaysia Airlines plane crashed yesterday in eastern Ukraine, killing close to 300 people, heightening already escalating tensions in the region.
