HRC Meeting on Persons with Disabilities Focuses on Inclusive Education

Philippe Testot-Ferry, Senior Education Advisor, UNICEF Regional Office for Central and Eastern Europe and the Commonwealth of Independents States, addresses the twenty-fifth session of the Human Rights Council during its annual interactive discussion on the rights of persons with disabilities. This year's meeting focuses on the issue of inclusive education.
