Head of MONUSCO Visits FIB and Government Troops in Eastern DRC

Martin Kobler (centre, in cap), Special Representative of the Secretary-General and Head of the UN Organization Stabilization Mission in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (MONUSCO), visits with troops from the Armed Forces of the Democratic Republic of Congo (FARDC) during joint operations with MONUSCO troops against the Allied Democratic Forces (ADF) rebel militia in Eastern Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC).
