Technical Committee for Regional Peace and Security Framework Meets in Goma, DRC

The Technical Support Committee (TSC) of the Peace, Security and Cooperation Framework for the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and the Region is currently meeting in Goma for its seventh session since the Framework was drafted and signed on 24 February 2013.
