Syrian Foreign Minister Addresses Geneva II Conference

Walid Al-Moualem, Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Syrian Arab Republic, speaks during the high-level segment of the Geneva II Conference on Syria, taking place in Montreux, Switzerland. Both the Syrian Government and the opposition are attending the international conference, which aims to end the nearly three-year-old civil war in Syria.
