Secretary-General Arrives in Cuba for CELAC Summit

Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon (facing away) is greeted upon arrival in Havana by Rodrigo Malmierca, Minister for Foreign Trade and Foreign Investment of Cuba. To the right is Alicia Bárcena, Executive Secretary of the UN Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC). Both will be attending the second Summit of the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC).
