Mark Lyall Grant, Permanent Representative of the United Kingdom to the UN, briefs the press after the Security Council's unanimous adoption of a resolution that calls on all countries not to pay ransom to kidnappers who use the money to finance terrorist groups (S/RES/2133 (2014)).
