South Sudanese Representative Speaks to Security Council

Francis Mading Deng, Permanent Representative of the Republic of South Sudan to the UN, addresses the Security Council after their unanimous vote to strengthen UNMISS capacity in light of the growing violence, human rights abuses and killings fuelled by ethnic tensions in many parts of his country.
