Displaced People in Shangil Tobaya

Students in Hurria School, in Al Shaddad camp for internally displaced persons (IDP), North Dartur, meet at the playground to commemorate Prophet Muhammad's birthday. The school, built about three years ago, hosts nearly 1,500 students from the IDP camp and has 13 teachers (12 of them are volunteers). The classrooms are built with branches; the teachers are hoping for improved construction, furniture and school materials.
