Security Council Discusses UN Cooperation with Regional Organizations

Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon (right) welcomes Samantha Power to her first Security Council meeting as Permanent Representative of the United States to the UN. The Security Council will discuss cooperation between the UN and regional and subregional organizations in maintaining international peace and security.
