Inauguration of East Lounge at UN Headquarters

Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon (left) and Khalid Bin Mohamed Al-Attiyah (second from left), Minister for Foreign Affairs of the State of Qatar, cut the ribbon at the inauguration of the East Lounge at UN Headquarters. Newly built under the UN Capital Master Plan and overlooking a good length of the East River, the Lounge is a gift from Qatar to the United Nations.
