The Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon (left) is greeted on arrival to the palace by Sheikh Sabah Khalid Al Hamad Al Sabah, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Foreign Affairs of the State of Kuwait, before participating in a flag raising ceremony with the Amir of Kuwait.
