19th Century Facades Renovated in Cap-Haïtien, Haiti

The United Nations Stabilization Mission in Haiti (MINUSTAH) collaborated on a ""quick impact project"" (QIP) with the International Organization for Migration (IOM) and the Institute for the Protection of National Heritage (ISPAN) to renovate an historic neighborhood in Cap-Haïtien with nineteenth century building facades.
Before renovation, facades of Rue 19 were like these one Rue 20.
