Assembly Pays Tribute to Late Venezuelan President

The General Assembly held a meeting to honour the late Venezuelan President Hugo Chávez Frías, who died of cancer on 5 March. Jorge Valero Briceño (centre, facing camera), Permanent Representative of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, receives condolences from delegates.
