Assembly Pays Tribute to Late Venezuelan President

The General Assembly held a meeting to honour the late Venezuelan President Hugo Chávez Frías, who died of cancer on 5 March. Secetary-General Ban Ki-moon (left) lauded Mr. Chávez for giving a voice to the world's most vulnerable people.
