MINUSTAH Force Commander Handover Ceremony

The United Nations flag is handed over from Major General Fernando Rodriguez Goulart (right), outgoing Force Commander of the UN Stabilization Mission in Haiti (MINUSTAH), to Lieutenant General Edson Leal Pujol (left), incoming Force Commander. The handover ceremony was held in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, to mark the MINUSTAH leadership transition.
