South Sudanese Returnees in Renk, Upper Nile State

A woman stands among her belongings at Payeur transit site in Renk, in South Sudan's Upper Nile State. This transit site hosts about 2,000 returnees who arrived from Sudan's Kosti way station in May 2012, most of whom travelled separately from their families to accompany their households' luggage which were transported here by the Government of South Sudan's Relief and Rehabilitation Commission. The returnees are stranded without their families and waiting for transportation for their luggage.
