Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon (centre) greets United Nations staff during his tour of the United Nations Regional Service Centre-Entebbe (RSCE). As part of the UN's Global Field Support Strategy concept, this centre consolidates administrative and support functions from geographically grouped field missions in East Africa.
