Regional Oversight Mechanism Meeting on DRC Framework Agreement

Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon (second from right at the dais) speaks at the Regional Oversight Mechanism meeting on the Peace, Security and Cooperation Framework Agreement for the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and the region. The meeting was convened by Mr. Ban and Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma (right at the dais), Chairperson of the African Union Commission, to review recent developments and progress in the implementation of the Framework Agreement.
