Regional Oversight Mechanism Meeting on DRC Framework Agreement

Paul Kagame, President of the Republic of Rwanda, during the Regional Oversight Mechanism meeting on the Peace, Security and Cooperation Framework Agreement for the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and the region. The meeting was convened by Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon and the African Union to review recent developments and progress in the implementation of the Framework Agreement.
