Luis-Alfonso de Alba, Permanent Representative of Mexico, speaks during the press conference on preparations for the 2014 World Conference on Indigenous Peoples. Indigenous leaders and other experts at the press conference underlined the importance of the World Conference in bringing forward critical indigenous voices, especially leading up to the post-2015 development agenda.
