Tijjani Muhammad-Bande, President of the seventy-fourth session of the United Nations General Assembly, chairs the 2nd plenary meeting of the session on the organization of work, adoption of the agenda, and to hear the first report of the General Committee. At right is Kenji Nakano, Chief of the General Assembly Affairs Branch of the Department for General Assembly and Conference Management (DGACM).
