Secretary-General Launches New Campaign to Implement Millennium Development Goals

Secretary-General Kofi Annan launched a new campaign today to implement UN Millennium Development Goals. The Secretary-General warned that the world is falling short in meeting the objectives agreed by global leaders two years ago when they adopted the United Nations Millennium Declaration.
