First of Thousands of South Sudanese Stranded in Sudan Arrive in Juba
A medical worker administers a vaccine to a child of South Sudanese returnees, as a group of approximately 300 arrives in Juba today. They are the first among 12,000 to be airlifted and received, thanks to joint efforts by the International Organization for Migration (IOM), UN and other humanitarian agencies, after having spent many months stranded in the city of Kosti in neighbouring Sudan.
