UN Observers Investigate Reported Massacre in Mazraat al-Qubeir

A group of 25 observers with the UN Supervision in Syria (UNSMIS) went to the Syrian village of Mazraat al-Qubeir, where a massacre of civilians reportedly took place on Wednesday, to conduct a fact-finding mission.
