Rio+20 Conference Opens in Brazil

Dilma Rousseff, President of Brazil and of the Conference, speaks at the official opening session of the UN's Rio+20 Conference on Sustainable Development, in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
World leaders are gathered at the conference's three-day culminating segment for talks on poverty reduction, social equity and environmental protection, and are set to adopt an outcome document based sustainable development pillars.
