Nassir Abdulaziz Al-Nasser, President of the sixty-sixth session of the General Assembly, speaks at the opening of the thematic discussion on strengthening and enhancing the effective functioning of the human rights treaty body system (co-organized by the Permanent Missions of Iceland and Indonesia, with the support of the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights).
